Summer Goodness: Strawberries Picking at Stoneheaven Farms

Compared to winter, summer in Canada is pretty short; therefore, it's very precious. We've been so busy these days, but we were still able to make a short trip to a local farm to firstly enjoy the summer day-out, and secondly do some strawberries picking for fun. We had a very nice trip at Stonehaven Farms. The farm was pretty large, and there were like just fewer than 20 people around. We really love it! No crowd, no mess!

Let the music heal your soul

I've been keen on music heavily recently and therefore I cannot refrain myself from sharing some of melodies here (I swear I tried so much to hold it on but I cannot bear any longer, LOL). Maybe this is also one of good signals for my guitar journey, who knows? Anyways, let me tour you through some of them here. I cannot help myself but keep repeating them again, again and again whenever sitting down with my computer. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Inspirational and worth watching Hindi movie: 3 Idiots

Studying and working usually occupy most of our time in life. I think it's time to relax a bit. Today, I'll introduce a truly inspirational movie I've watched recently. It's a Hindi movie called "3 idiots".

Inspired by the great moon today, I feel like having some fun with my modest pictures and I ended up with this post. It's just a random moment and if my memory served me right, it may be called blue moon too. Enjoy!

Extr@ – a good TV sitcom for English studying

Being language learners, I think the most important factor is able to keep up the mood and energy enough for the long run. Any ways that help both studying and entertaining are always the best choices. Between “I have to sit down and study now” and “oh, let study and it must be a lot of fun today”, if that were me, the latter one would be far more effective.

By the means of entertainment, of course we can’t miss movies, films and TV shows. Beside music, they are also the best candidates for both studying and entertaining. Therefore, it’s not surprising that whenever questing for English study tips, you can easily bump into thousands of recommendations on those media genres.

To enrich self experience with visual media on English studying, I’ve tried one of wonderful TV sitcoms called Extr@. I’m going to introduce and share a little bit about this TV show with you here.

A heavy rainfall in Toronto on Sunday Aug 21st, 2011. The rainfall actually stopped me going out to visit family awhile. Ah, and my portable camera lenses got wet when I was trying to record more clearly on the ground. Pretty scary though!

Phim "Life is beautiful" - Phim Ý 1997

Ngày xưa xem phim The pursuit of happyness (2006) mà cảm động ghê lắm. Sau khi xem phim đó, tự nhiên thần tượng 2 cha con nhà Smith và bắt đầu dõi theo bước Jaden. Sau này có bộ phim The Karate Kid biết Jaden đóng nên mình cũng rủ một người bạn đi coi. Chỉ tiếc là kế hoạch không thành nên không coi được bộ phim đó rồi quên luôn đến giờ. Cách đây vài ngày thì trên facebook bạn Gián (nhà bạn Sâu í) có post soundtrack và một vài câu nói hay trong The pursuit of happyness, mình lanh chanh vào comment thì bạn Gián quăng cho mình một bộ phim khác cùng chủ đề: Life is beautiful (La vita è bella). Mình là mình quý bạn Sâu vô cùng, do đó bạn Gián cũng nằm trong danh sách được yêu quý nhờ ké hơi bạn Sâu kakakaka. Do đó, khi bạn Gián giới thiệu phim, WormMom (WM) nhất định phải coi.
