Cooking: Non-greasy omelet for a healthy breakfast

This is my breakfast for today, super fast, super easy.
- one egg
- 2 or 3 bread slices
- veggies
- soy sauce

  1. Use a microwave and oven-safe bowl, bend bread slices and put around it, break one egg and pour on top. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper on it if you like. 
  2. Put the bowl into oven at 375F around 5 to 8 minutes to bake the bread. 
  3. Turn on microwave using 50% heat around 1 to 2 minutes depending on how you want  the egg to be cooked. (Don't use 100% heat or else eggs are going to splash on over the microwave.)
  4. Wash, cut off veggies and decorate them on a plate. 
Now, with a little of soy sauce, you can enjoy your healthy breakfast.
